• Handling difficult specialty referrals, patient complaints, and conflict resolution.

Evening | Module 3: Musculoskeletal (MSK) & Procedural Care
Focus: MSK Examination, Procedures, and Procedural Sedation

• Structured examination of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and ankle.

• Procedural sedation and analgesia protocols for minor procedures.

• Manipulation techniques for fractures and joint dislocations.

• Managing patient communication and conflict during MSK interventions.

Morning | Module 4: Complex & Vulnerable Patient Management
Focus: High-Risk Emergency Department Scenarios
